Ein novelliertes Grundgesetz, so die Hoffnung, w\u00fcrde es dem Land erm\u00f6glichen, anhaltende institutionelle Konflikte zu \u00fcberwinden. \u00dcber den Vorschlag solle dann im September 1973 bei einem Volksentscheid abgestimmt werden.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrenddessen in der Welt<\/p>\n<p>Am 15. August flieht eine Gruppe argentinischer Guerilleros aus dem Rawson-Gef\u00e4ngnis in Chubut, im s\u00fcdargentinischen Patagonien. Mit einem entf\u00fchrten Flugzeug entkommen sie nach Santiago, wo sie Asyl beantragen.
